- To be eligible for a refund, a participant must submit a refund request in writing to Shaiqueensessentials@gmail.com at least 3 days before the scheduled webinar date.

- No refunds will be provided for participants who request a refund after the specified deadline.

- Participants can choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.
